P's First Parade

Miss P has been taking baton lessons for about a year now. She really enjoys it. She had the opportunity to walk in the Tiller Parade.

The girls were soooo cute! Their coach told them to do whatever tricks they wanted as they walked the parade route. They were definitely entertaining.

5th Birthday

Happy Birthday to M & E

They celebrated by taking treats to school on Friday. Their class sang Happy Birthday to them. We went to Disneyland that night and they got to pick all their favorite rides.
Saturday we had a swim party to celebrate.

I can't believe it has been five years! Wow-it really does go fast.

P is 8 (continued)

P's family birthday celebration.

Some pictures of P opening her presents on her birthday. Favorite gifts included binoculars, clothes, and zhu zhu pets.

She was also able to get her ears pierced.

We figured 8 was a good age. She was so excited right up until she sat in the chair...then she started having second thoughts.

She went through with it and they look super cute.

P is 8

Miss P turned 8 years old in June. We had a family birthday party for her. She was also able to be baptized on August 28th, 2010. We are so proud of her. It was a great day for our family.

First Day of School

The girls survived the first day of school.
There were no tears shed, from the kids or the parents.

Mr Wyatt was there for moral support.

M & E started Kinder!
There are 3 sets of identical twins in their class!!! At least I was nice and dressed them in different colors. :)

FINALLY

After 7 years (4 years of consistent work) we have our house permits! I made Bill take a picture to prove that it was actually REAL! I still can't believe it and probably won't until we actually break ground.

What does this mean? We pack up all our stuff (AGAIN) and move out (AGAIN) but this time something actually happens!

We plan to take lots of pictures along the way so check back to see where we are in the process. Wish us luck.

Halloween...with the stomach flu

Our whole family came down with the stomach flu this past week. The dude got it on Tues. I got it on Wed. M got it on Fri on the way to school. E and P got it Fri night. You know your kids are sick when they don't even WANT to put on their costume and go trick or treating. Only Mr Bill did not get sick.

We usually have a big party and have friends over for dinner and trick or treating. This year we warned everyone about the potential to contract some type of weird disease, only the very brave decided to attend. :)

Pat Pat and the dude-Pat Pat wears this costume every year, it has become a tradition. This year she added the feather boas.

E put on her costume but just stayed on the porch to hand out candy.

Baboo Sherwood-every year he shows up from work in the same outfit but with a new addition-this year he added the scary mask. Who knows what he will add next year.
